Complaints Procedure

If you have a concern or complaint, we would like you to inform us about it. We welcome suggestions for improving our work in school.

Most concerns can be sorted out quickly by speaking to your child’s teacher, if you are still concerned, you can write to the Headteacher. Problems are usually resolved by this stage. However, if you are still not satisfied you may wish to contact the Chair of  the Trustee Body to ask for a referral of your complaint to the Trustees Complaints Panel. It will then be heard by three Trustees who have no previous knowledge of the problem so a fresh assessment can be made.

If you have a complaint please put it in writing and hand into the office.
