We are having a PTA meeting on Monday 16 June 2014 at 3.30pm in the School Hall to discuss the events of the Summer Fete and general events.  So we would like to invite parents/carers to come along to the meeting and participate with ideas.  We would also like parents to come along on the day of the Fete to help us set up, work on stalls and tidy up afterwards.  If you would like to help please come along to the meeting.

FRIENDS OF MAYVILLE are a group of parent and teacher representatives who meet regularly to plan fund-raising activities and support school events within the school community. 

Our meetings are open to everyone, so why not come along, meetings are informal and relaxed.   

The monies raised from these events will contribute towards theatre trips, new books for the school library and playground equipment.

We are now starting to arrange our Summer Fete for Saturday 28 June 2014 at 12.30pm – 4.30pm. 

If you would like a table the cost of hire is £10 and please speak to Katharine Andrews in the office. 

If any parent/carer would like to help out on the day please let me know as well.
